1. Family
Her
name is Fajriyah Nurul Maulida. And we can call her Fajri. She stays in a big house with 5
people. A father and A mother are Ichwan Arifin as a teacher and Najihah as a
Islamic teacher, and two sisters are Naila Fauziah as a student in the first
semester in a University and Nuris Saidah as a student in the third grade of
Junior High School. All of the children of her parents are girl. She always
looks after her sisters everyday when her parents must be busy with their
activity because she is the first child, but sometimes she fights with her
sisters because of something not important. It doesn’t mean she hate her
sisters but as a normal human that has a relation with the other, she might
have feeling that often controls her to do it although doing that, they always
care one another as siblings.
She
was born on 20 July 1998 in Tuban, East Java. she stayed there with her
parents, but she was there until she was 2 years old. Then, she moved to
Rembang because her father stopped to work in a bank there. It was done because
there was new rule in that bank that was not unfair to her father.
After
moving to Rembang, she was looked after by her grand parents, and also she was
closer with them than with her parents because when she was 3 years old, she
had had a sister, so that she lacked of affection from her parents. All people
called her as a last step daughter from her grand parents. They loved her so
much, they didn’t make difference between their children and her. They had some
children, but the last child was not too older than her. she was almost same
age with her. She was very comfortable because she felt that she had a old
sister. Her grand parents cured them by using the same way.
When
she was in 4th grade of Elementary school, she moved from Elementary
School that was near with her grand parents’ home to Elementary School that was
near with her parents’ home. It was done because her mom was very angry with
her because she always stayed in her grand parents’ home, and she seldom went
back in her parents home. Her mom taught that was not fair. Fajriyah was her
daughter, but how could she everyday stay in another home and not in her home?
Fajriyah felt so disappointed with this. She didn’t lose hope. Although she
stayed in her parents home, she often went to her grand parents’ home when she
was holiday. She was going there on foot alone because the way from her
parents’ home to her grand parents’ home was just about 1,5 KM. Sometimes, she
skipped the class in the school and went there on foot.
2. Education
She
has some interesting education experiences and one of them was very
unbelievable. The school ever made her stay in the same class just because she
was too young to be in the next class. It was not about her ability or skill. Don’t
you feel it was not fair? It happened in Kindergarten BUNGA PERSADA, Pacing,
Sedang, Rembang 2001, so if you count the years. It took 3 years for studying
in that school although normally, it must be 2 years.
Then,
she registered in First Elementary School of Pacing, Sedan, Rembang. And it was
finished in 2009. She was very innocent for the first, so she got the best 3 of
the class until the third class, but in the fourth class, she became the
naughty one so that she got the worst effect. She got the 3 worst level in the
fourth and fifth class. In the end of the class, it meant in the sixth class,
she could change the condition, she got the best 3 in that class.
After
graduating from that school, she directly tried to register in The First Junior
High School of Sedan, Rembang, and finally she was accepted. She had been
studying there for 3 years until 2012. She always got the best 3 of the class
because she was very diligent, but she was very innocent and shy in the first
and second class. She couldn’t have the closer relation with all her friends,
but in the third class, her character was changed. She was very cheerful and
fun child because all classmates in the third class was so active and fun, so
that it influenced her to be one of them.
Same
as before, she directly registered in The First Senior High School of Rembang.
She finished her studying here in 2015. She was in the first class in X-4
without major. She was very shy and silent at that time, and she didn’t have
closer relation not only with her classmate but also all friends in that school
because she had to be adapt (again) in the new place. In that time, she got the
worst 3 level of class, but she could change the condition in the second and
third class in Social Major Class. She got the best 5th level of
class. She didn’t just change her skill, but she changed her character to be
better and cheerful.
After
graduating from all of her education in her village, she didn’t directly try to
register in University because she went to Pare for studying in English Village
on august 2015. It is located in Tulung rejo, Pare, Kediri, East Java. This
place is very famous in Indonesia because there are so many courses that offer
studying English with the best method. Almost all courses use the same method.
Based on that one, she tried to get the best experience there. The first was
she took a program in Ella Course. She had been in Full Day 1 (the program that
studied about how to speak well) for a month. Then after that, she took program
in Smart Course. It was grammar program for about 1,5 months. After studying
grammar, she thought grammar was very interesting and challenging lesson, so
that she directly continued to study grammar in the different courses. That was
in Kresna Institute for 2 months. After it, she became tutor in Kresna Institute
for 2 months. She felt so happy when teaching and making the students
understand the lesson.
After
she finished teaching there, she tried to teach in another course on February
2016. That was Elfast Course that was continuing until now. Actually, her age
was too young for becoming the teacher of
a course, but because she interested with a teacher profession and she
had some experiences in teaching, she decided to become the teacher for her
dream in the future.
After
one year she stayed in this village, she tried to register in one of University
in Kediri, UNISKA in 2016. Although she studied in a University, she didn’t
stop teaching in Elfast Course because she took the employer class in the
university. She just studied in University on Friday at 3 p.m-9 p.m and
Saturday at 7 a.m-6 p.m, and On Monday morning-Friday afternoon, she taught in
Elfast Course, so that she could study while working and fulfill her need as a
teacher, a student, and a daughter although she had to be far with her parents
and family
3. Moment changing life
One
day, when there were so many starts on the sky, she went out with her uncle.
They were talking everything that could be discussed. She told her feeling to
stay far from her parents and family, to teach in the course, to manage all her
need, to have the different students at that time. She told everything she felt
at that moment, and her uncle was Musa. Musa was in Pare with her. Actually her
uncle also taught in the same course with her, and she could teach in the
course that she worked in just because her uncle recommended her to his
director.
At
that time, the biggest feeling that she told was the feeling to her mom. She
was in the cold war with her mom because she felt disappointed. She wanted to
take major (International Correlation) in Surabaya which was the place that she
wanted more, but her mom forbade her to continue her studying there. Her mom
asked her to continue her studying in one of Universities in Rembang, Central
Java by taking major (Education for Young Learner), and also she thought that
Surabaya was so far, she didn’t have any family that stayed in Surabaya. It
meant that there was no one who could
control her life, her behavior, her attitude, her school and her friends. Her
mom was very scared if she became a bad girl because of staying alone without
controlling.
Why
did her mom think like that? Because it is not a secret if Surabaya is the
dangerous city in East Java. That is the
second metropolitan City in Indonesia after Jakarta. You will find many crimes,
many cases, many social ills, many social crimes there. Her mom was afraid if
she became the victim of one of them, by that it would disturb her studying and
her life. She might not be able to ask help to the others. There was no one
taking care of her. Then, she felt depressed and alone. The most afraid thing
that her mom thought was that she was killed by someone there.
When
there was no one controlling her, she couldn’t know what was good and what was
bad. There were so many friends that would belong to her. Good friends and bad
friends were absolutely gotten by her. it didn’t mean her mom didn’t always
think negative to her or her mom didn’t believe her, but the environment also
could change the character of the human, and it could make something become
more different than before although those humans were very principal to think.
After
discussing all with Musa, he could make her realize that everything had a
lesson, everything had a purpose. Sometimes, it would be bad for the human
getting it, but it was not as bad as the human could imagine and understand.
There was a secret that human couldn’t know before letting it happen because
everything happening had been decided by the God.
Her best moment was
when her mom said greeting for her because of her achievement for the first
time. What??? It was so simple thing, but she taught that it was the best
moment??? WOW !!! It was unbelievable, when some people said that their best
moments were getting a gift, getting achievement, becoming the winner, or
becoming the leader of some groups, her best moment was just getting greeting
from her parents. I taught it was so funny before, but after she said the
reason, I did regret . I might have been going to feel it if I were in her
condition. Not only I but also all people knowing this would feel it.
There was a story for
that moment. Actually, she always got the best in all her schools such as
elementary school, junior high school and senior high school, but her mom never
said anything when she got it. She never discussed with the others about her
achievement. Her mom also didn’t act as if she had been proud of her. her mom
didn’t act as a normal mother in this world as like saying (wow, you are great,
you are smart or you are good) to the children. This made Fajriyah think that
her mom was easy going with her, and her mom didn’t care with her because she
had many sisters, so her mom more loved her sisters than her.
After she joined
National Examination in her Junior high school, she got the result for it. All
parents had to attend the meeting of examination result. Actually, It was her
father who attended that meeting. The leader of the meeting said that Fajriyah
got the best 3 of all classes. Then, after the meeting was done, her father
went home and said to her mom. She didn’t know before. However, when she went
home, her mom hugged her and kissed her cheeks directly. She was so shocked and
she thought “what happened with my mom? Is she fine?” she still didn’t realize
what had happened. Then, her mom said greeting to her because of her
achievement that became the best 3 in her school, and also her mom said that
she was very proud of having the daughter like her. Her mom also cried because
of the happiness. Actually, she wanted to cry also, but she kept cool in front
of her mom.
This made her very
happy because in all of her life, she thought that her life was useless, but
the fact, her mom was very glad for having her. Actually, her mom was easy
going but she did care with all her children.
